Field Station Dinosaurs is Officially Open for The Season
Field Station Dinosaurs is officially open! The popular dinosaur-theme park located Bergen County, NJ combines thrilling and educational experiences to entertain children and adults of all ages who have a penchant for all things prehistoric.
Field Station: Dinosaurs will feature several new and exciting attractions for the 2024 season including four new dinosaurs, shows featuring The Mighty T-Rex, Toddlersaurus, dinosaur hatchlings, and the Dinosaur Troubadour. The four new dinosaurs are innovative animatronics on display at the park’s wooded walking trail, joining the 30+ life-like moving and roaring dinosaurs already on-site. A new exhibit, Feathered and Fearsome, explores the interesting and exciting evolutionary links between dinosaurs and birds.
In addition, a new pavilion will provide a space for live shows, games, and other activities, as well as cover on rainy days.
About Field Station: Dinosaurs
Field Station: Dinosaurs is located at 3 Overpeck Park Dr., Leonia, N.J. 07065, just outside Manhattan over the George Washington Bridge, in Bergen County’s beautiful Overpeck Park on the banks of a scenic creek and surrounded by natural woods. Paleontologists work to ensure that the park showcases the latest theories and discoveries in the fields of paleontology, geology and environmental studies.
Spring hours run now until June 24th on Saturdays and Sundays, 10 am to 6 pm. Summer hours start June 25, Tuesday through Sunday from 10 am to 6 pm. Fall hours start Sept 7, Saturdays and Sundays 10 am to 5 pm through November 10. They are also open on most school holidays.
