Vroom, vroom vroom! Staten Island, get ready to ride! Hot Wheels Monster Trucks Live Glow Party, an adrenaline-charged event starring everyone’s favorite toy cars in giant glowing form, is coming to our area next month!
The action-packed motorsports experience will be at the CURE Insurance Arena in Trenton, NJ, Feb. 10-12. Fans of all ages will be dazzled as they watch the huge trucks light up the floor in this high-energy glowing experience. Tickets are on sale now.
The Trenton event is part of the newly launched Hot Wheels Monster Trucks Live Glow Party that debuted last year. It was such a success, according to the event’s organizers, that it’s back again in 2023.
“With the success of the Hot Wheels Monster Trucks Live Glow Party thus far, we’re excited to continue the amazing experience into 2023, both here domestically in the United States and abroad internationally,” Ken Hudgens, CEO of Family Entertainment Live, said.

The tour is a partnership between toy company, Mattel, and Raycom-Legacy Content Company, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Family Entertainment Holdings, LLC.
“The Glow Party was an instant success that led us to expand it to all upcoming Hot Wheels Monster Trucks Live events in the US and Europe,” Julie Freeland, senior director of location based entertainment at Mattel. “The Hot Wheels Monster Trucks Live Glow Party brings a whole new level of fun and will ignite the challenger spirit in all who attend. New fans as well as returning fans will be blown away by this new way to experience Hot Wheels Monster Trucks.”
What to Expect at the Hot Wheels Monster Trucks Live Glow Party
The show will give kids and families an opportunity to watch their favorite Hot Wheels monster trucks battle it out in an arena. Stars of the show include:
- Mega Wrex
- Tiger Shark
- Boneshaker
- Bigfoot
- The all-new Gunkster
Other activities are planned, too. Event performances will feature laser light shows, fun dance parties and—brace yourself—real Hot Wheels toy giveaways! There will also be a special appearance from the car-eating, fire-breathing transforming robot MEGASAURUS—yikes! The electrifying high-flyers of Hot Wheels Monster Trucks Live, Freestyle Motocross will also appear.
Want more Hot Wheels fun? Families can also attend the Crash Zone Pre-Show Party before each show throughout the weekend. Fans will get access to the competition floor to see the outrageous designs and epic size of the Hot Wheels Monster Trucks. They’ll also get autograph signings from their favorite drivers and performers. Each Crash Zone ticket includes an autograph card plus a souvenir pass and lanyard exclusive to Crash Zone attendees. (NOTE: Passes are only available to purchase while supplies last.)
